UPDATE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS IN 11/2022 – INVESTMENT PROJECT TO BUILD BT HAI HOA – BINH MINH ROAD IN TINH GIA DISTRICT (NOW NGHI SON TOWN), THANH HOA PROVINCE AND RECIPROCAL LAND PROJECT

In 11/2022, the investment project to build Hai Hoa – Binh Minh BT Road, Nghi Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province has constructed a number of specific work items:

  • About site clearance:
    • Handed over clearance of packages: Package XL01: from KM0 835 – KM1 100; Package XL02A: from KM1 453 – KM1 700; Package XL02B: from KM1 700 – KM2 453, from KM2 727 – KM2 884, from KM3 00 – KM3 100; Package XL03: from KM3 200 – KM3 600, from KM3 800 – KM4 00, from KM4 100 – Km4 815, white canal bridge.
    • Section from KM1 100 – KM1 453: residential land clearance procedures are being implemented.
  • About construction work:
    • Road section: According to the segments that have handed over the ground up to now, the installation of the km1 453 – km1 700 segment has been completed; Construction and completion of hdpe underground pipeline for electricity, lighting of km1 453 – KM1 700 section; Construction of grade 1 crushed stone section KM1 453 – Km1 700; Install street light poles to illuminate the KM1 450 – KM1 700 section; Construction of lighting underground cables, cables on lights; Planting DPC flowers between Km1 453 – KM1 700; Construction of trench B400 section KM1 800 – Km1 900; Installation of sewer along the route, earthworks K95 roadbed (Package XL01)
    • Bridge section: Pour concrete to complete the railing ledge, install HDPE 65/50 pipe.

Also in November, the reciprocal land plot project – VNC Ocean Garden City completed the clearance of area V1 (6.79 ha)

In December 2022, BT Hai Hoa – Binh Minh Joint Stock Company will continue to build and complete K90 pavement section KM3 800 – KM4 00, KM4 00 – Km4 815; D800 D1000 sewer casting; Install chamfered pavement bundle pavement bundle pavement paving section KM3 200-KM3 600, KM4 100-KM4 800; Construction of foundations and pipes for electrical cables Km3 200-KM3 600, Km4 100-KM4 815; BTN C19 section KM1 450-Km1 700
